Hotel's staffs are friendly, rooms, bathrooms and premises are clean, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool so much, easy access to the beach, overall the place is perfect for a short family getaway.

Near to the beach. We can enjoy both pool and beach at the same time. Room is clean and spacious for a small family.

No in house breakfast. However there are a lot of stalls and shops nearby to have a local breakfast. Pool is not so clean, had sand and dry leaves.

sorry , travelled by family vacation and not for WORK purpose. just family OUTING 9th floor was good high as requested. but couldn't ask for more such as sea view, i understand too. the BEST was swimming pool not so STRICT !!!! was at swiss garden hotel before they said cannot swim without proper swim attires !!!! i demanded back refund !!!! ask for the manager to say be flexible let us enjoy the pool will come again, for cheaper price,let me know.tq commom lar , just close two eyes after all swim max 3 hours . thats yyy pay private pool

Close to the beach, and the apartment is big enough for group of friends or a family

The cleaning was not done properly, the door to the beach was closed when I want to use it. There is no restaurant inside.

the room is not ready when we arrived. its only ready after 4pm. guest still need to check out on time though check in late. interruption from house keeping staff searching for their belonging at our apartments. quite annoying.

The beach only

The property is not worth for money. Too pricey. Airconditional in the apartment is not well maintain, my baby is not well after stay a night in the room. The floor is not sweep because i can feel and see the dirty on the floor. Toiletries is not enough because there is no tooth brush. Parking is not enough and not arranged. The interior design is not like a service apartment/studio room. The bed is small, we are expecting king/deluxe bed. The bed is not lift up. There is no controller for airconditioner but the apartment used room airconditioner, not using centralized airconditioner. So suppose we can control the temperature according to what temperature suits the room and apartment, yet we are freezing because the controller is not in the room. The room is stuffy with dust and the apartment is not really welcome a guest because the interior design is so deem and basic house unit only yet we pay for high price for a lousy apartment room

Good facilities. Nice view of the pool. Good location near the beach, 7E, Little Arab Kitchen and seafood restaurant is only walking distance away

The wifi is slow. Very slow. The telco coverage is also poor here. The sauna is inside the toilet and you can only use it from 8am to 8pm. Socket point inside the room is limited. Forget about to switch on your table lamp if you want to charge your mobile phone and power bank at the same time. Furthermore no shampoo provided only body wash. But that’s ok with me. Thanks

The swimming pool huge and interesting . Convenience to makan place . Withing walking distance. Convenient store is also available near the units. Seafood during dinner in nearby restaurant is tempting, fresh and affordable. Suitable place for family vacation. Beach is clean and sand is comforting.

The room were not ready when we arrived hotel. Our rooms were ready after 4.30p.m. Its almost 2 hours later than the our actual check in time. Its quite tiring to wait until the room were ready since we were travelling from KL and expecting the rooms are ready the moment we arrived there. Though we checked in late , we still need to check out by 12.00a.m. which is quite unfair since we check in late and hotel should allow us to extend our stay till 1.00p.m. as compensation for our late check in. Hope hotel will consider this proposal in future. Interruption from the housekeeping personnel checking on their belonging in our units. Its quite annoying. Should train their housekeeping not to interrupt guest frequently to check on their misplaced walkies talkie, detergent etc.

The beach are clean. Room are comfy and clean.

Pool is not clean. The cleaner do not vacum the swimming pool. The pool was mossy. Come to check in a little bit late at 4pm, went to the counter to check in and register, but have to wait abt another 30 min more because being told that our room was still under housekeeping. Hv to get into our room at 5pm.

Theme park / swimming pool area was huge. My children really enjoyed it Nearby good restaurants

The swimming water was dirty. Limited access to the beach area; access gate only open at 9-12 and 5-7pm Limited cooking facility; no cooker, plates and utensils

الافطار لم يكن متنوع وكان خاص باهل البلد

المشرف لم يكن مريحا حصل بعض الاخطاء و لكن لم يتم تعويضي عن التقصير فقط وضعوني في اول يوم بغرفه غير مطلة

De kamer in het resort was zeer ruim, het is een 4 persoons kamer maar wij waren met 5 personen wat prima was. Het resort heeft een zwembad met glijbanen wat genoeg plezier gaf voor de kinderen

Het ontbijt was niet op locatie maar bij het aangesloten hotel 2 km verderop, op zich geen probleem maar het ontbijt viel zeer tegen. We hadden ook het vermoeden dat we als resort gasten op een andere plek werden neergezet dan de hotelgasten.
